How long does one EMS training take?
It depends on the package you choose, take a look here to see more information. Usually, the whole session is around one hour long including the BMI measurement, the actual 20 minute EMS workout, and EMS post-workout relaxation

Why does it only take 20 minutes per session to work?
EMS Body Workout training stimulates all the major muscle groups and also helps to develop the motoric nerve connections relating to muscle movement. By sending electric impulses directly to these motoric nerves, even the weakly connected muscles are activated.

Because muscle fibers are activated in a non-regular order with EMS Body Workout Training, a more intense level of training is enabled from the start, which creates more muscle fiber at an accelerated rate. More active muscle tissue requires more energy intake which therefore burns more calories, even at rest! Your body will experience the same level of effects as it would with a conventional 90-minute workout.

How does EMS work?
During conventional strength training, the brain sends impulses that stimulate certain muscles to contract. EMS machine mimics these low-level electric impulses more intensively, causing the muscles to contract.

The result is similar to the actual movement and regular contractions of the muscles. It provides a natural muscle resistance, very similar to what you would get from weight machines in the gym.

How does it feel?
EMS impulses feel similar to the pressure you would experience during a massage.

Is it good for strength training and muscle toning?
Of course! EMS training has a lot of benefits, including:

  • Balancing out the muscular system
  • Muscle toning
  • Fat burning
  • Strength training
  • Boosting metabolism
  • Back pain reduction
  • Relieving joints
  • Improving posture
  • Achieving toned body
  • Injury rehabilitation

Are there any safety issues?
If supervised by our certified EMS trainer, there is no danger in using this technology for working out. EMS is a very popular, modern way of training utilized by many studios throughout the world. Our EMS machines have been approved by the FDA and there are no known cases of muscular injury associated with electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) training sessions.
